Bo Sim Gwun (searching insect pole form)

A demonstration of Bo Sim Gwun (searching insect pole form) by Sifu Paul Brennan the Australian representative of Chow Gar Tong Long. I have yet to learn this pole form but its nice to have a clip of it being performed. The moves look complex and they seem very precise and fast. This demonstration was performed at Grandmaster Yip Sui’s birthday in 2002 in Hong Kong. I was fortunate enough to be there and it was a fantastic night with some good demo’s and lots of food.
