Arrival

Greetings all! Welcome to my world, alot of approaches some my find old, non progressive, ancient, waste of time or too tasking. But i am and have no problem proving some of the stuff i do practise, within reason.

Thanks to Nish for giving me this opportunity to show how we train in Ermei Dit Ngau under my Sifu Sean. I am siu dit ngau (ydn) 2nd year training in dit ngau and am a beginner in the system.
